Julian Buet

Julian Buet has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Julian started their career as an IT Assistant at ZARCAM S.A., where they were responsible for server administration, service monitoring and ERP applications. In 2017, they joined Algeiba as a Technical Specialist, providing technical support and resolution of problems, as well as administering, implementing, migrating and supporting Windows and Linux platforms. In 2019, Julian joined Dafiti as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and administering, supporting and migrating Kubernetes clusters. In 2020, they moved to Banco del Sol as a DevOps Engineer, where they were responsible for administration, support and migration of Kubernetes clusters, observability through EFK and Prometheus, as well as Continuous Integration and Continuos Delivery with Azure DevOps. In 2021, Julian returned to Dafiti as a Technical Lead - Site Reliability Engineer, where they were responsible for the availability of ecommerce sites of 3 countries running in AWS. In 2022, Julian moved to Talana as a Site Reliability Engineer and to Jobandtalent as a Platform Engineer.

Julian Buet attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2014 to 2017, studying Ingeniería de sistemas. Julian has obtained several certifications since then, including Certified Kubernetes Administrator from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation in 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in 2019, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure and MCSE: Productivity from Microsoft in 2018, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in 2018, Veeam Certified Engineer v9 from Veeam Software in 2018, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2017, and MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Certified 2016 from Microsoft in 2016.
