Dillon Fairchild began their work experience in 2012 as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Clem Laboratory, where they gained experience in genetics and microbiology procedures. From 2013 to 2015, Dillon worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Medical and Biological Device Laboratory, where they designed and created a three-dimensional scanning tank and conducted experiments on microwave ablation antennas. Dillon then joined Hospira in 2015 as a Technical Professional Development Program Engineer, before moving on to Pfizer in 2016 as a Validation Engineer. At Pfizer, Dillon focused on implementing Continued Process Verification activities and took on various projects within the department. In 2019, they joined Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Commercial Process Validation Manager, where they coordinated pre-commercialization process validation activities and developed a roadmap for compliance with regulatory requirements. Dillon is currently working as a Principal Process Control Engineer at Talaris Therapeutics, starting in 2021.
Dillon Fairchild attended Kansas State University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Biological and Systems Engineering.
