Tim Jones

Tim Jones currently serves as an Associate at Talbots Law, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tim accumulated extensive experience in the culinary sector, notably as Senior Head Chef for Hospitality, Live Events & Development at NEC Group from February 2014 to October 2025. Tim has also held various chef positions at NEC Group, as well as a role as a Pension Specialist at Swiss Re from 2011 to January 2014. Legal experience includes positions as Associate Solicitor at Sydney Mitchell LLP and Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP, as well as Solicitor at The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors. Tim's academic background includes a recent MSc in Food Policy from City St George’s, University of London, and a series of legal qualifications from Nottingham Law School, alongside a BA (Hons) in German Studies with History from the University of Exeter and culinary training at University College Birmingham.
