Previously, Jim managed a specialty call center for Hartford Life’s top brokerage firm and marketed insurance and financial products as an Account Executive at Prudential Financial. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Business Management Concentration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
