Amanda Hanscom

Amanda Hanscom has a strong background in human resources, with experience working at Talen Energy and PPL Corporation. Amanda started their career at PPL Corporation in 2008 as an HR Analyst and then progressed to the role of Associate HR Consultant. Amanda later became an HR Consultant, providing support and guidance in various HR functions. At PPL Corporation, they also served as a Senior HR Consultant, where they built relationships with managers and provided counseling and coaching on hiring, retention, and staff development. Amanda Hanscom's most recent role was at Talen Energy, where they served as the Director of Human Resources.

Amanda Hanscom earned their MBA in Human Resources from DeSales University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2007.
