Jason Kipp

Jason Kipp is an experienced engineering professional specializing in nuclear fuels engineering and equipment reliability. Currently serving as Engineering Branch Manager at Talen Energy since March 2015, Jason has held roles including Senior Nuclear Fuels Engineer and Procurement Engineer, focusing on procurement expertise for technical goods and services at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station. Prior to Talen Energy, Jason worked at Rolls-Royce from January 2013 to February 2015 as Program Manager and Business Development Engineer, where responsibilities included managing Equipment Reliability and Supply Chain initiatives and supporting service expansion in the nuclear sector. Jason's career began at PKMJ Technical Services, Inc. as Engineering Support Team Lead and Design Engineer, managing engineering teams and design modifications for nuclear power plants. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University, earned in 2011.
