Paul Frazza, also known as Paulie, has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Paul started their career as a Tree Hand at Abel's Tree Expert Co. in 1976 and worked there until 1977. Following that, they joined Dello Buono Construction Co. as a Laborer from 1978 to 1979. Paul then worked at Republic Steel as an Assistant Maintenance Manager from 1980 to 1985. After that, they joined PPL Corporation as a Principal Engineer and worked there for an impressive 30 years, from 1985 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Talen Energy as a Principal Engineer, a position they have held since 2015.

The Company operates through two segments: East and West. The East segment includes the generating, marketing and trading activities in PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM), New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) and ISO New England Inc. (ISO-NE). The West segment includes the generating, marketing and trading activities in Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), including the coal-fired facility, Colstrip, in Montana. The Company produces and sells electricity, capacity and ancillary services from its fleet of power plants totaling approximately 17,400 megawatts (MW) of generating capacity. Its portfolio of generation assets is principally located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest regions of the United States.
