Sean Irvine

Sean Irvine has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Sean started their career in 2014 as an Associate Trader at Talen Energy and worked in this role until 2017. Sean then transitioned to become the East Asset Manager for the company from 2017 to 2018. Following this, they served as the Director of Asset Management from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Sean worked as the Managing Director of Commodity Risk Management at Talen Energy. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director of Data & Platform Strategy at the same company, starting in July 2023.

Sean Irvine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University in 2014. Sean is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
