Allan Galtier

Allan Galtier has extensive experience in the IT recruitment sector, currently serving as the Team Manager for the IT Division at Talencia Consulting since October 2019, overseeing both contract and permanent sales/recruiters teams. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and enhancing operational efficiency, as well as implementing growth strategies and optimizing commercial agreements.
