Paula Norbom

Paula Norbom is the founder and managing partner of Talencio, a consulting firm that helps companies with strategic planning, business development, and operational improvements. Paula has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, including roles as a fractional CFO, VP of finance and operations, and controller.

Norbom began their career in finance at Zimmer USA, a medical device company, where they served as the vice president controller. In 2002, they were recruited by Restore Medical to be their VP of finance. Paula helped the company grow and expand their operations, eventually leading to their acquisition by Medtronic in 2006.

After a brief stint at ThreeWire, Inc., Norbom became the fractional CFO of Respicardia in 2007. Paula was responsible for the financial health of the company and helped them secure funding to continue their research and development efforts. In 2009, they left Respicardia to start Talencio.

Talencio has since worked with companies in a variety of industries, including medical device, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and software. Paula Norbom is a highly respected leader in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of helping companies grow and succeed.

Paula Norbom attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for their Bachelor of Science in Accounting and the University of St. Thomas for their Mini MBA in Medical Technology. Paula graduated Magna Cum Laude from Neenah High School. Paula is certified by the Womens Business Enterprise and Wisconsin as a Certified Public Accountant.
