Pauline Gavilanez, CHRL, is an accomplished HR professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human resources leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Beyond Talent Management Inc. since January 2020, Pauline has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational performance through strategic talent management. Additionally, as a member of the Artemis Project from March 2024, Pauline actively participates in promoting innovative business solutions among female entrepreneurs in the mining sector. Previously, Pauline held significant roles including Talent Director at Talencity, Senior Director of Human Resources at Aecon Group Inc., Vice President of Human Resources at DMC Mining Services, and Director of Human Resources at Tetra Tech. Pauline's early career included serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Miller Group, providing comprehensive HR support for a large employee base. Pauline holds a post-graduate degree in HR Management from Durham College.
