Nicholas Gan is the Head of Customer Success (Asia) at Talenox, where Nicholas champions the customer success blueprint and strengthens revenue channels. Nicholas is also a member of the Customer Success Collective, focusing on driving company-wide alignment around customer success. Prior to their current roles, Nicholas held various leadership positions in digital marketing and social media at organizations such as Moore Stephens LLP, RHB Bank, and Celcom Axiata Berhad. Nicholas holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Victoria University.
