Heba Ayad

Heba Ayad is currently the Chief Executive officer of Talent 360 ME and the Partner of The HR Game. She is also an HR Expert at USAID, involved in the Workforce Egypt project. In addition, she serves as the CEO of Rekrut by Talent 360 and as a Startup Trainer at NilePreneurs. Heba has experience as a Startup Mentor at enpact and Flat6Labs. Prior to these roles, she worked in various HR positions at Nile University, Shahawi Properties, and Square Cube Communications. Heba holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development, a Career Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
