Leonardy Paulo is currently employed at Talent Academy as an SDR / CS / BDR since April 2023, focusing on commercial intelligence strategies, client prospecting, and relationship development through social selling and CRM updates. Leonardy has also been a Leader of Assisted Sales at Riachuelo since May 2019 and previously worked as a Telemarketing Operator at Recopel Papelaria and as an Administrative/Sales Assistant at DATAFOX CURSOS. An active member of the Executive Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, Leonardy represents the LGBTQIAPN+ pillar, aiming to foster inclusive leadership initiatives. Leonardy holds a degree in Physical Education from Universidade Salgado de Oliveira, completed in December 2022.
