Mauricio Betti

Mauricio Betti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mauricio is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Talent Academy, a company focused on revolutionizing People & Culture management worldwide. In this role, Mauricio has developed an employee success platform that has been highly engaging for employees, resulting in significant increases in performance, engagement, and retention for clients. Prior to this, they were a participant in Berkeley SkyDeck Batch 12, a program that provides resources and support for startups.

Mauricio also served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at MBA Empresarial from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2013 to 2015. Mauricio gained valuable business experience as a Sales Operations Summer Intern at Google in 2012.

Earlier in their career, Mauricio worked as a Consultant at Telefonica from 2008 to 2011 and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2006 to 2008. Mauricio further pursued their education by completing a CEMS MIM program in International Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2005 and at Esade in 2006. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, which they attended from 2011 to 2013.
