Ioan Ittu is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technology and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as Tech Talent Acquisition at Abeille Assurances since March 2023, Ioan is responsible for 360° recruitment processes and managing a sourcer, successfully issuing 16 offers, with 14 accepted. As the Founder and CEO of Talent & You since June 2021, Ioan emphasizes a human-centric approach to recruitment. Prior experience includes founding YOKUP GROUP, where Ioan managed recruitment in IT and cybersecurity, and working with Tata Consultancy Services in various roles, including SAP Senior Talent Acquisition and Tech Recruiter. Ioan's educational background includes an MBA in Management and Finance from St. John's University and a Master's in Finance from ISEG.
