Currently, Rachel is the Founder + Managing Director of Talent Atelier Ltd, a culture-driven executive search business. Previously, Rachel worked as the Director of Bespoke Search at ITB Worldwide, Manager of Creative Head Office at 24 Seven Inc., and Senior Consultant at Freedom Recruitment Ltd. Prior to that, Rachel also worked as a Consultant at Office Angels and as a Makeup Artist at SEPHORA.
