Nicola Kaldor is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in various non-profit and advisory roles. Currently serving as Co-CEO at Lorne and as a board member for Primary Ethics and Talent Beyond Boundaries, Kaldor is committed to addressing ethical dilemmas in education and expanding skilled migration pathways for displaced individuals. Additionally, Kaldor is a member of the Advisory Board for the National Justice Project, working towards a fairer justice system, and holds a long-standing role as Foundation Board Director and Philanthropy Manager at The Australian Ballet. Previous positions include board directorships at Kinderling Pty Ltd, Regional Opportunities Australia, Bangarra Dance Company, and The Bread and Butter Project, which focuses on social enterprise by supporting refugees through training and employment in the baking industry. Kaldor's education includes a BA in History of Art and Architecture from Brown University and ongoing studies at the Austrian Institute of Company Directors.
