Ed Newman

Ed Newman is a board member at Talent Board and the former Chief Evangelist at Phenom People. Ed has over 7 years of experience in the talent relationship business and has been a driving force in innovating HR tech.

Newman began their career at Phenom People in 2012 as the Chief Evangelist. In this role, they were responsible for promoting the company and its products, as well as developing relationships with customers and partners. Ed was also instrumental in Phenom People's success in implementing CRM best practices for talent acquisition.

In their 8 years at Phenom People, Newman has been a key player in developing the world's first Talent Relationship Marketing platform. Ed has helped align the objectives of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders, and has driven awareness, interest, engagement and acquisition through their work.

Ed Newman's educational career began with a BA in Psychology from the University of Richmond. Ed then went on to study at Honeyhill School.
