Talent Board is the first non-profit organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. The organization, Candidate Experience Awards program and its sponsors are dedicated to recognizing the candidate experience offered by companies throughout the entire recruitment cycle and to forever changing the manner in which job candidates are treated.

The leadership team at Talent Board has a wide variety of experience in many different fields. They have worked as office managers, event managers, sales team leads, and controller. They have also interned in social media marketing. The team is well-educated, with degrees from the University of San Diego, San Diego Miramar College, and San Diego State University.
