Joel Givan

Joel Givan has extensive work experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Joel currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at TalentBridge, a company focused on providing career coaching, recruiting/staffing, leadership training, and outplacement services. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Sales & Strategic Initiatives at the same company.

Before joining TalentBridge, Joel worked at Insight Global, where they held various positions. Joel was a Director of Sales Analytics from April 2019 to December 2021, a Practice Lead for the Public Sector from September 2016 to April 2019, and a Director of Operations from August 2015 to September 2016.

Joel also worked at Monument Consulting as the VP of Business Development from November 2014 to August 2015.

Joel'searlier experience includes working at Insight Global, where they held the positions of National Sales Manager from April 2010 to November 2014, Director of Operations from January 2008 to April 2010, Sales Manager from March 2006 to January 2008, and Account Manager from March 2004 to March 2006.
