Tom Tollison

Tom Tollison has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tom began their career in 2001 as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they stayed until November 2003. From December 2003 to August 2011, they worked as a Sr. Consultant at Marshall Career Service, where they were responsible for identifying, recruiting, and interviewing key talent for DFW companies. During their time there, they achieved notable recognitions, such as being a top ten finisher for MAPC in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009, as well as being in consideration for TAPC Top 50 among all professional placement firms in Texas. In December 2011, Tom joined Parker + Lynch as a Division Lead Recruiter, a position they held until March 2013. Tom then moved on to work as an Executive Recruiter at TalentBridge, where they are currently employed.

Tom Tollison attended the University of North Carolina from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing. Tom also possesses a certification as a Certified Personnel Consultant from NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services).
