Jason Kennedy

Jason Kennedy has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the staffing, recruitment, and workforce management industries.

Jason is currently the Group Director of Digital Commerce & Innovation at Impellam Group, where they are responsible for leading global teams in technology, product, innovation & design, sales, and operations.

Before joining Impellam Group, Jason founded Alija Consulting in 2020, where they served as the founder.

Prior to that, in 2019, they founded Talent Clouds, an end-to-end digital workforce management platform that digitizes the hiring processes for workers and hirers.

From 2014 to 2019, they founded Valyrian Private Equity (formerly Stelino Consulting & Advisory), a niche advisory services and venture capital firm specializing in the staffing, HR, recruitment managed services, and recruitment processing outsourcing industries.

Jason has also served as the Group CEO of Grafton Employment Group from 2009 to 2014, where they re-engineered the group structure and achieved record income and performance levels.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Managing Director at ManpowerGroup from 2001 to 2009, and Deputy Managing Director at Marlborough Recruitment PLC from 1994 to 2001.

Jason Kennedy began their education in 1988 at University College Dublin, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1991. Jason then pursued a Master of Science degree in Organisational Psychology at Dublin City University from 1991 to 1995. In 1997 to 1998, Jason attained a Diploma in Accountancy & Finance from the Irish Management Institute. Later on, they enrolled in IMD from 2003 to 2004 and INSEAD from 2004 to 2006, both for Business Administration and Management studies.
