Claudia Quintero Whitehead, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Talent Manager and Sourcer/Recruiter at Simplicity Consulting, Claudia has also contributed as a member of Talent Collective. Previous roles include Full-time Parenting and various positions at the University of South Carolina, including Program Manager for the Business School and Program Coordinator for Financial Aid. Claudia began their career as a Recruiting Specialist at Troy University. Academically, Claudia holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.

Talent Collective
Talent Collective is a community-based organization that empowers and connects women+ in the talent acquisition profession who identify as women or are non-binary. Our mission is to advance the careers and recruiting networks of our members through carefully curated in-person and virtual experiences. With over 300+ members globally, we have established local chapters in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Denver, and Toronto. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach with new chapters in New York, Austin, Chicago, Minnesota, and Australia.
