Whitney Oesting is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting On Demand, Strategic Search & Direct Hire at RocketPower since May 2021 and as an Engagement Manager at Talent Collective since July 2023, Whitney has a proven track record of success at Aerotek, where notable achievements included winning multiple contests, promoting nine recruiters into leadership roles, and receiving various awards for impact and performance. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sports Medicine from Loyola Marymount University, Whitney has also contributed to the development of teams through coaching and mentoring. Whitney relocated from the Bay Area to Fresno, CA, in 2017 to enhance the Industrial market.

Talent Collective is a community-based organization that empowers and connects women+ in the talent acquisition profession who identify as women or are non-binary. Our mission is to advance the careers and recruiting networks of our members through carefully curated in-person and virtual experiences. With over 300+ members globally, we have established local chapters in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Denver, and Toronto. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach with new chapters in New York, Austin, Chicago, Minnesota, and Australia.
