Larry Guillory

Larry Guillory is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Talent Conexus since July 2014, Larry coordinates a network of HR consultants and talent acquisition experts to deliver services to growing organizations. Prior roles include Chief Administrative Officer at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where Larry oversaw talent strategies, and Chief Administrative Officer at Emerus, responsible for comprehensive HR policies and operations. Additional experience encompasses senior positions in talent management and compensation at Rackspace, Kinetic Concepts, Red Hat, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, and AT&T. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
