Steve Lawler

Steve Lawler is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Director at Talent F1rst Management since August 2023, Steve also holds the position of C.O and Founder of VIVa MUSiC, established in January 2006, which encompasses four record labels: VIVa MUSiC, VIVa MUSiC Limited, iVAV, and eVIVE. Additionally, Steve has been a Director at Three4Three Music Ltd. and Virtual Management Consultancy Ltd. since August 2021, focusing on management consultancy and self-management courses for emerging artists. Prior to these ventures, Steve founded Harlem Records, which operated from January 1999 to January 2005.
