Lidia Martinez

Lidia Martinez is an accomplished professional in international executive search and talent acquisition with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As a Partner at Talent Focus Search S.L. since January 2020, Lidia has been integral to a boutique executive search firm specializing in global executive placements. Prior to this, Lidia served as the International Talent Acquisition Manager at Opportunity Network from October 2016 to December 2019, overseeing the talent acquisition department and developing strategies for global recruitment. Lidia also held the position of Executive Search Partner at ThinkingAhead, focusing on the EMEA and Latin America regions, and worked in international talent acquisition for the EMEA region at Beresford Blake Thomas UK. Lidia holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, completed between 1993 and 1998.
