Linn Halmstrand is a seasoned talent acquisition and recruitment professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Talent Attraction & Recruitment Consultant at Talent Journey and a Talent Attraction and Recruitment Partner at Solita, Linn specializes in attracting technical talent and supporting recruitment departments. Previous roles include Head of Talent at Funnel, where Linn led recruitment and employer branding efforts during significant growth phases, and various positions in IT recruitment at HiQ, HCM Partner AB, Capgemini, Ants, and other consultancy firms. Linn holds a degree in Sociology from Uppsala University and has furthered education at institutions including the University of Colorado Boulder and Stockholm University.
