Ale Rodríguez

Ale Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ale is currently a member of Nova Talent, a global talent network that connects high-potential individuals with professional opportunities. Ale joined in December 2022.

Prior to Nova Talent, Ale Rodríguez was the CEO and Founder of iBasto, a platform that provided supply solutions for convenience stores in Mexico and offered credit options through data analysis. Ale held this role since August 2017.

As a co-founder of Equalitics for Children México, Ale worked to bridge the gap between science, technology, and children in poverty. The organization aimed to provide education and skill development opportunities in the STEAM field, with a focus on gender equality. Ale started this role in October 2020.

Ale also played key roles in Talent-Network, a founding partner in Talent Woman, a movement aimed at promoting women in science, technology, and business. Ale led this influential movement in Mexico and Spain, organizing multiple editions of the event. Their involvement in Talent-Network started in April 2017.

Before that, Ale worked as a senior consultant at Krrrunch Especialistas en E-commerce, specializing in e-commerce solutions. Ale joined this company in January 2014.

Ale Rodríguez has also been actively involved in various organizations and initiatives, including Step Up Women, TechWomenC, and Consejo Coordinador de Jóvenes Empresarios de Jalisco. Their roles in these organizations ranged from founding member to VP of Technology and coordinator of programs focused on women in tech & leadership.

Ale began their professional journey as an independent entrepreneur at ALERN from February 2013 to December 2013.

Ale Rodríguez earned a Lic. Diseñadora Integral degree in Diseño Integral from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2017, Ale attended Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara for a Diplomatura in Emprendimiento/Estudios sobre emprendimiento. Additionally, Ale obtained a Licenciatura in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines from Universidad de Málaga in 2013.
