Stacy Wisdom

Stacy Wisdom currently serves as the Executive Director of Learning and Development at Talent Plus, Inc., starting in January 2024, while also holding the position of System Director for Leadership and Organizational Development at The University of Kansas Health System since April 2020. At The University of Kansas Health System, Stacy has significantly revamped talent development, resulting in substantial cost savings and enhancements in physician leadership and employee engagement. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development at The University of Kansas Health System, Performance Consultant Manager and Learning Specialist at Black & Veatch, Learning and Development Business Partner at Dairy Farmers of America, Corporate Trainer at UMB Financial Corporation, and HR Training Specialist at Harrah's North Kansas City. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned between 1993 and 1997.
