Alok Nidhi Gupta started their work experience as a Company Secretary at Munjal Auto Industries Ltd in 2000 and held the position until 2005. Alok Nidhi then became a Co-founder & Business Head at Matrix Energy Pvt Ltd in 2005 and was responsible for managing the business and operations of the company. In 2014, they founded TalentRecruit Software Pvt. Ltd and served as the Co-founder & CEO. In this role, they developed a state-of-the-art recruitment software solution and acquired numerous clients in India and abroad.
Alok Nidhi Gupta holds a Degree in Economics Honours from Aligarh Muslim University, which they earned between 1991 and 1994. Following that, they pursued a LL.B. degree from the same institution, completing it in the years 1994 to 1997. Alok then obtained a CS (Company Secretary) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in Legal, Management, Accounts, Finance, Management, International Trade, and HR, from 1996 to 1998. Lastly, they pursued LL.M. degree in International Trade Laws & Commercial Laws at Aligarh Muslim University, completing it between 1997 and 1999.
