Shalini Gupta

Shalini Gupta has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Shalini started their career at HSBC in 1999, where they held a role in corporate banking for almost two years. In 2001, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V., initially in Baroda and later relocated to Bangalore, where they managed corporate and trade finance operations for over five years. In 2006, Shalini ventured into the field of talent acquisition and founded Talent Mappers Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., a recruitment and staffing service provider. After eight years, in 2014, they founded Talent Recruit Software Pvt. Ltd., which offers an end-to-end platform for automated recruitment and onboarding processes, driven by artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Shalini Gupta attended Delhi University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Prior to that, they attended Lucknow University from 1993 to 1996, completing a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce. Shalini also attended DAV Senior Secondary School from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Company Secretaries degree from ICSI, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, although the duration and field of study for these institutions are not specified.
