Prashanth Upadrashta

Prashanth Upadrashta is the Vice President of Delivery at Talent Software Services. Prashanth has over six years of experience in IT consulting and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Prashanth started their career at Tech-Pro in December 2011 as the Vice President of Global Operations & Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for the company's overall operations, infrastructure, and growth plans. Prashanth also played a key role in the Leadership's Strategy, Vision, and Growth plan discussions.

In February 2018, Prashanth left Tech-Pro to join Talent Software Services. In their current role as VP of Delivery, they are responsible for leading a team of software developers and engineers who create and deliver software solutions for Talent's clients.
