Sahil Shaikh

Sahil Shaikh has a strong background in healthcare staffing and recruitment. Sahil began their career as a Recruiter at Hornet Staffing, Inc. in December 2021, where they focused on finding qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions. Sahil utilized a variety of methods, including job boards and personal networks, to identify potential candidates.

In November 2021, Sahil joined IMS People Possible as a Recruiter. In this role, they managed the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Sahil demonstrated expertise in utilizing different sourcing methods and effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress.
