Sha`akti C.

Sha`akti C. has over 9 years of work experience, starting as a Recruitment Account Manager at SSI in 2012. In 2016, they worked as a Team Lead for InfoSec TCU at Collabera before moving on to becoming an Associate Recruitment Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Account Manager at Mindlance in 2017. During their time there, they received a Rising Leader Award in Q1 2018 and was praised by MSP POC (Kelly OCG) for improving services delivered by Mindlance. In 2018, Sha`akti joined DISYS as a MSP Client Partner/Account Manager, where they were the only Account Manager/Client Partner from the offshore team to meet and exceed the quarterly GP target. Finally, in 2021, Sha`akti joined TALENT Software Services as an Account Manager for Pharma/Medical Device and Energy Clients, receiving a Certificate of Appreciation for being the Top Producer Manager for Q4. Sha`akti is currently managing the IT category for all three clients.

Sha'akti C. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2010. In August 2019 and June 2023, Sha'akti obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in various business-related fields, including sales, marketing, business development, client management and relationships, and consulting.
