Billy Guthrie is a Senior Recruiter at Talent Solutions Group, Inc. since September 2022, responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions, utilizing creativity to develop effective recruiting strategies. Previously, from February 2015 to October 2022, Billy served as an Army Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) in the U.S. Army, where a proven ability to navigate Applicant Tracking Systems and source passive candidates was demonstrated. Between January 2010 and February 2015, Billy worked as a Battalion Medic at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, managing medical readiness and providing expert recommendations to the battalion commander and staff on medical processing matters.
