Beth Oaks

Beth Oaks is an experienced Salesforce professional currently participating in the Talent Stacker Salesforce Career Development Program, where skills are gained through practical workshops and collaboration with stakeholders to document business requirements and configure tailored Salesforce solutions. Previous roles include being an Elementary School Teacher at American Leadership Academy, utilizing artificial intelligence and innovative teaching strategies to foster student learning, and serving as the CRM Administrator/Director of Admissions at Black Hills State University, where a successful Salesforce implementation was led, encompassing all phases from planning to user training. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Managing Information Systems with an emphasis in E-Commerce from Dakota State University, and two Master of Science degrees in Business Services Management and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Black Hills State University.
