Edrick de Guzman

Edrick de Guzman has extensive work experience in software development and quality assurance. Edrick currently holds the position of Senior Software Development Engineer in Test at Talent Systems, LLC since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Resolver Inc., where they held various roles including Test Automation Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Technical Support Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Edrick also worked as an Emergency Systems Engineering Co-op Student at City of Edmonton, Fire Rescue Services - Emergency Systems in 2015, where they were involved in mobile and portable radio diagnosis, portable radio battery analysis, and project-leading for a new vehicle extrication software. Before that, Edrick was a Technical Services Coop Engineering Student at Alberta Blue Cross in 2014, where they rotated between different technical services teams and performed Java program development. Edrick started their career as a Computer Repair Technician at Alberta Computers for Schools in 2013, where they helped extend the useful life of donated computers. Edrick also has retail experience from working as a Sales Associate at LE CHÂTEAU from 2010 to 2011.

Edrick de Guzman completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, from 2011 to 2016. In addition, they obtained the CSTS Safety Certification from the Alberta Construction Safety Association in July 2014.
