Lars-Henrik Friis Molin

Lars-Henrik Friis Molin is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, serving as the founder of Talent Venture Group since 2018, which specializes in talent and HR-tech investments. As the founder and chairman of Universum, established in 1988, Lars-Henrik has guided the company for over 30 years through its acquisition by Axel Springer. Lars-Henrik also founded the Future Talent Council in 2016 to shape global talent strategies, co-founded Just Arrived Sweden in 2015 to assist new arrivals in the labor market, and launched Nova 100 in 1997, now a premier talent network in Scandinavia. Additional ventures include founding UBI Global, Nebula Ventures, and Constellation Group AB, as well as co-ownership of Cap Prive, a luxury travel group. Lars-Henrik holds an MBA in Marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics.
