Rich Diviney

Rich Diviney is the Founder of The Attributes, established in September 2020, drawing on twenty years of experience as a Navy SEAL, where insights into the SEAL selection process inspired the foundation’s mission. As a Contributor and Speaker at Talent War Group, and a Speaker & Consultant for Optimal Performance, Resilience, and Stress Inoculation at Dumanis Enterprises since March 2018, Diviney focuses on enhancing human performance and resilience. Serving as an Optimist for Simon Sinek Inc. since October 2016, Diviney is dedicated to unlocking individual potential for meaningful contributions to society. Previously, Diviney held the position of Director of Outreach & Senior Facilitator at Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute until March 2020 and served as a Navy Officer from 1996 to 2016. Rich Diviney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government/History from Purdue University.
