Ryan Norton has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Physical Education Teacher at The King's Academy from August 2016 to May 2019. Ryan then worked as a Territory Account Manager at Sharp Business USA from May 2019 to February 2020, where they helped businesses find suitable office solutions and developed strong interpersonal relationships. Ryan then joined ESI in February 2020 as a Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partner, and Senior Recruiter. During their three years at ESI, they played a key role in advising and consulting the company's HR and Operations as they scaled new locations and significantly grew their employee headcount and operating budget. Currently, Ryan is working at Talent War Group since October 2022, initially as an Executive Search Consultant and later as the Vice President of Executive Search. At Talent War Group, Ryan utilizes their talent mindset processes to deliver talent solutions and drive company growth.
Ryan Norton's education history includes attending Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree. Prior to that, Ryan attended Christ Presbyterian Academy.
