Dina Patel

Dina Patel's work experience starts in 2004 when they joined CHST Associates as the Head of Recruitment Research. Dina stayed in this role until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, Dina founded their own company called Proactive Research, where they specialized in recruitment research and headhunting services. In 2009, they joined Silver Stone Search & Selection as a Senior Researcher, specializing in recruitment across various sectors. Dina then moved to Talent Works International in 2015, where they currently hold the position of Senior Sourcing Specialist, focusing on talent mapping, headhunting, and providing market and salary insight across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
