Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Talent Works since July 2021, Matt focuses on developing innovative RPO and MSP solutions to enhance workforce planning. In June 2024, Matt assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Partner at Syensqo, a science-driven company dedicated to advancing life and work through innovative solutions. Previously, Matt held roles as a Senior Consultant at Connect Search and as part of the Talent Works team in various capacities, including Executive Sourcing & Insight and Employer Brand & Insight Consultant.
