Poonam Gill

Poonam Gill's work experience begins in 2009 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Leicester, where they taught and assisted undergraduate students in practical, research methods, and statistics lectures. Poonam provided support services and marked essays and practical reports. In 2012, Gill worked as a Research and Analytics Support at Northampton Borough Council for a brief period. Later in 2012, they joined Talent Works International as a Branding and Insights professional, where they specialized in resourcing through research, talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor/business intelligence solutions.

Poonam Gill completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Leicester from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from the University of Leicester, which they completed in the academic year 2007-2008.
