Catherine Grafil

Catherine Grafil possesses extensive experience in human capital management and payroll consulting, currently serving as an HCM Consultant at Synchrony Global since July 2016, where responsibilities include AMS Support and user acceptance testing for payroll cycles. Concurrently, Catherine is a Managed Services Consultant at Rizing HCM and has held a leadership role at Talent2 HRBPO as a Payroll Team Leader since February 2013, overseeing a team managing payroll for over 50 clients. Previous positions include Payroll Team Leader at Northgate Arinso, where supervision of payroll consultants ensured accurate processing for AIG accounts, as well as various roles focusing on payroll and HR services for prominent companies like Novartis, Invensys UK, Cadbury Schwepes, and Computer Associates. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St Paul University, Quezon City.
