Gaurav Sharma has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and positions. Gaurav started their career as a Technical Recruiter/BDE at Bhardwaj Networks in 2005. Gaurav then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter at Accurate Infosys before joining Pyramid Consulting as a Client Delivery Manager in 2006. In 2011, Gaurav became the Recruitment/Branch Manager at ICONMA, where they played a pivotal role in setting up the offshore office for US Staffing and IT Recruitment. Gaurav joined Mindlance in 2012 as a Recruitment Manager, where they focused on talent acquisition services in various industries. After that, they worked at Cynet Systems Inc as an Operations Manager and later as a Director - Operations. Gaurav then served as a Director of Operations at Zenex Partners before joining Pacer Staffing LLC as a Vice President of Operations. Most recently, they have worked at Talent 21 LLC and Talent21 Management and Shared Services Pvt Ltd as a Vice President.
