Max Schwarzenberg

Max Schwarzenberg has been working in the recruitment and HR technology industry since 2021, when they started as Head of Partners @ TalentAdore. Their role involves adding the human touch to recruitment, using TalentAdore's AI-assisted recruitment software, TalentAdore Hire. Prior to this role, Max was a Project Manager at Cloudator from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Benify Oy as a Team Leader Projects for Finland, Norway and Denmark, and a Project Manager. From 2007 to 2013, Max was employed at Aktia, where they held roles as Account/Client Manager, Account Manager and Sales Manager.

Max Schwarzenberg completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Hanken School of Economics between 2002 and 2008. Prior to this, they attended Gymnasiet Lärkan. In 2017, they obtained both the Workday HCM Certification and the Workday PM Certification from Workday.
