Saila Sinokki has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Banking Officer Customer Service at Nordea. In 2013, they moved on to become a Planning Assistant at Stockmann, and also took on a Research Assistant/Internship role at University College London. In 2015, they became a Sales Assistant at Sales Support at TNT, and then in 2016 they took on the role of Office Assistant at Techcode Finland SME Services Oy. Since 2017, Saila has been working as a Sales Support and Project Coordinator at 360Visualizer, and in 2022 they began working as a Technical Customer Success Specialist at TalentAdore.

Saila Sinokki obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Digital Humanities from UCL in 2013. In 2021, Saila began their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Business Information Technology at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google in August 2021.
