Saku Valkama

Saku Valkama has a long and varied work experience. Saku began their career in 1997 as a Business Development Manager at Sonera. Saku then moved to Nokia, where they held multiple senior and director level positions from 1997 to 2004. In 2004, they were appointed Country GM and European Sales Director at Anritsu. In 2011, they became the Managing Partner at Symbioosi Partners Ltd and the CEO at Merivaara Corporation. Finally, in 2014, they became the Co-Founder of Vaikuttajat.fi and the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentAdore.

Saku Valkama completed an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education in Finland from 2010 to 2012, specializing in General Management. From 1992 to 1997, they obtained an M.Sc. in Eng. (DI) from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland, specializing in Industrial Management (Tuotantotalous). Saku also holds a Certified Coach certification in Business Coaching, Career Coaching, and Life Coaching. In 1997 and 1998, they obtained a Certificate from Universidad de Deusto in Spain, specializing in International finance, creation of new businesses, treasury mgmt, and mgmt of stock exchange. In 1995, they obtained a Certificate from \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce de Reims in France, specializing in International finance, Financial Analysis and Management, Cost Management, and Business Law in the EU. Saku also obtained a Certificate from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand in 1995, specializing in Transfer of Technology, Technological Strategy, International Joint Ventures and Negotiations, and Fina.
